Everything! Spacious kitchenette, cute staff, excellent location!

The property was torn up for remodeling. Concrete lobby floors, lamps unplugged, the phone was a prop with no cord, no wastebaskets. Although you take pets there is no greenspace for them to poddy. Breakfast was too overcooked to eat.

Close to mall restaurants, staff was great breakfast better than most comfortable bed

Positive, The suite was spacious with a separate living area and kitchenette, perfect for my family. Breakfast had a great variety, and we enjoyed a social night snack event. The staff was genuinely nice. A really nice experience 😄

The staff was from hell after traveling for more than 2.5 hours with a confirm reservation only to get there to find out that you can not use cash I've stayed at many home wood suites and cash is always my method of payments felt was very upset at the professionalism or lack there of by the manager of all people. I'm glad that she was rude and ghetto the embassy suites took us in with open arms and was a much better hotel so I will switch all my business and personal travel arrangement's to a professional establishment

It was nice to be able to pick up dinner and eat it at the kitchen in the room.

The sofa sleeper was terrible! If they advertise the sofa as a sleeper it should be a comfortable mattress . When you lay on the mattress you could feel springs poking your back. We ended up putting the mattress on the. Floor!

The suite felt spacious with a separate living area and kitchenette. Plenty of cooking essentials, including a full-size fridge and stove top burners, made it easy for meals. The breakfast selection was decent, with various proteins to fuel morning activities. Staff, especially the friendly front desk team. I encountered issues with housekeeping. Despite my stay lasting three nights, they never emptied the trash or provided daily cleaning. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and unmade on arrival. Had a bit of noise from outside, which disturbed sleep on one occasion. Some improvements are needed in housekeeping and comfort, but the staff's hospitality stood out.

Suites are very spacious and the bed is huge!

The choice in the complimentary breakfast was ok, but the hot food was not good and did not get replenished when items ran out. The staff did not check if there was enough crockery, glasses etc. so often no glasses for juice or cutlery to eat with. But the staff were very friendly if you asked anything.

The staff and property is excellent the hotel is situated right next to Texas roadhouse also short drive to mall area anything you want there. Anything you need in suite if you want to cook

I stayed here for a short trip, wanting to enjoy some local attractions. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of proteins that suited our appetite as we prepared for a busy day. I appreciated the location's convenience, being only a quick drive from places like Hamilton Place Mall. While the furniture in the room showed signs of wear, I felt the overall experience was pleasant with a welcoming atmosphere.

Breakfast choices were varied with a good selection of proteins. The location felt secure and was a decent spot for families traveling through the area.

Housekeeping services lacked consistency, only occurring twice during an eight-night stay. The sofa bed remained unmade, towels went unchanged for days, and the shampoo bottles were empty , necessitating a request for replacements.

They was repair done to the roof Saturday morning and it woke our children.

The staff were very nice.

A man was bumming us for money in the parking lot two different nights.

She was cheerful and were really nice too assist us, even providing suggestions for local dining options. The spacious suite allowed us to feel right at home, and the location was excellent for our activities.

Breakfast options were somewhat limited.

I really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. It met and in some ways surpassed my expectations. I was impressed with the breakfasts! It was very tasty and more convenient for us than going to a restaurant in the area. The scones were the best I have ever eaten. The staff was very helpful and friendly. the room was comfortable and we had no problem getting our toddler to sleep with the bedroom and the living area being separated. the room was quiet and we didn't hear our neighbors. The hotel is very close to I75 and Hamilton Place mall- and Starbucks... and grocery stores...and eateries. All around, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would gladly stay there again.

The only thing that I didn't "like" was that it is kind of hard to find from the (Shallowford) road, but it's not so bad once you realize where to look.
